Using the Doro 1380 with its wide 2.4”, easy to read display makes sending text messages and viewing photos a pleasure. The menu is designed to be easy to use, with options to set it to suit your own needs, and the large, well spaced buttons make typing text messages or dialling phone numbers straight-forward and a breeze. 
 
Charging made simple.
 
Included in the box is a charging cradle that you can just place the phone into it to top up the charge. Keep the cradle plugged in, using the mains adapter, so that you can easily find your phone when you want to answer a call or go out and it will always be full of battery and ready to go. The battery gives you up to 530 hours standby time, meaning you are not always looking for a charging lead. 
 
Assistance when you need it most.
 
Set up the assistance button to call up to 5 contacts quickly and easily – at the press of one button. If you need help, simply press and hold the button on the rear of the device, and it will automatically start to call your pre-programmed contacts in sequence until one of them answers. Whilst it is dialling it will also send a pre-set text message to all of them. When they answer, the Doro user is automatically put on speakerphone, allowing you to talk without having to hold the device to your ear.
